Online Appointment Booking

We are working in conjunction with an online booking system called "The Waiting Room" to enable patients to book GP appointments online.  This system is run by the same company that run our clinical system, so there is no breach in confidentiality.  

The first thing you need to do to enable you to use this service is supply us with your e-mail address. Patients who have already given us an e-mail address should have  automatically received an e-mail from them with a unique username and password.

If you have not received an e-mail or you have deleted it, just go to the website, www.thewaiting-room.net  and click on "Login" and then  "Lost Username or Password" and complete your e-mail address and a new one will be sent to you.
